No, set to trust all is correct;
however, you should stop the applications that you are not using to avoid conflicts, and to have less app's running.
I only use about 4 app's.
I would suggest updating to WE8.1,then chick for updates with the app's manager, and reboot your computer at least twice. I don't know if you saw my post about WE8.1 getting a lobotomy, but today I have been working for 5 hours and WE8.1 is working well, which is several reboots since my update.

Thanks for the help as I reloaded my default folder and all went as it should. I went into the apps manager and found I have trust all apps selected. Is this something that should be set back to trusted apps for normal operation? I am going to sit on the 8.1 up grade for a few days and see what the traffic looks like. Seems like there are some problems with this release. On my work XP box I went to the we help and tried to download the update and it went straight into the update install. Really ticked me off as I sent a note to GW about this and was disappointed they never told me this was the new default method when retrieving from the help menu. I suppose most will like this however I want the file on my machine before I start the upgrade.
Thanks
Jim

Hi Jim,
If you did a fresh install of WE8, you should copy and paste your saved
default profile over the install default.
Although, it might be prudent to rename the original default to
default.old
which is default dot old
Don't forget that you need to restart WE8 to access your default profile.

Your second question,
just open the app manager and tab to security
and tab until you hear allow all, or something similar.

Good luck, Manny

My system blew up when attempting to install the 8.1 up grade today.
Had to remove we and have reinstalled version 8. I did back up my user
defaults and need to know if I should paste them back on top of my re
installation.
Also think I read something where I need to tell we to trust apps when
doing this. If so where is this as did not see it in the apps pull down.
Thanks
