Do yuou have any tool bars installed that would cause this strange behavior?
If so, uninstall them.

Subject: A problem with WE 8.1 and browse mode
Hello all.
I ran the update for WE 8.1 yesterday. Up until that point Window-Eyes
was running smoothly, but as soon as the upgrade installed, anytime I
launch Internet Explorer or Firefox it constantly says "no
notification bar found." It does this each time a new page is loaded
or the browse buffer is refreshed. I was wondering if there were any
verbosity settings I could change to make this behavior stop.
i am running Windows 7 64-bit with all the latest updates, Internet
Explorer 9 and Firefox 18.2.
