This issue is rarely if ever WE related. It is most likely due to a
problem with an Internet email address or a connection to an ISP.

Sometimes an easy fix is to open the messages in your out box and press
the send hot key and try a send/receive again. If that does not work,
then deleting the first message in the queue might also help.

Failing that, time to check your connection settings, passwords, and
ports being used.
