manny ,
Thanks for the info
Glad to hear that the machine itself is not the problem.

I know that there is something wrong I just don't know what that is. I don't
know whare to start either.
In short this is a problem with 3 fairly new computer components Office 2010,
Window Eyes 8.1 and Windows Seven and a user who is not in tune with the
workings of any of them very well.

I would call the companies IT guys but they are going to point the finger at
WE. I could call HP but again they will probably point their fingers at WE and
I don't know what else to do but see what could be my WE problem.

I can't send it to GW because I have to do my work on it. Smile

It is just a real perplexing issue. Not to be able to trust what I am hearing
is a big problem.
Thanks for any other thoughts.
Shannon

Hi Shanon,
You have a multi processor with lots of ram memory and speed is not the
issue.
Good luck, Manny
