Mike, The problem with keys like ALT-7 is that they have to be set up for each and every e-mail program. Usually such keys are created when the process of detaching a file is difficult or requires the mouse. This hasn't been set up for Becky, and, at least to me, it isn't necessary.
When you are reading a message, press TAB once and you should be on the list of attachments. You can navigate to each attachment with the LEFT and RIGHT arrow. When you are on the attachment you want to save, press the Applications key, the key to the left of the RIGHT CONTROL key and you should get a menu of choices. If this doesn't work, let me know and I'll try again.
