Hi

Not sure if this applies to Window-Eyes 7.2 only but most PDF attachments
are perfect and those with images WE thinks are empty documents I OCR but I
am having a problem with my phone bill for my phone not mobile phone. The
invoice is emailed to me automatically every month has been since I had my
first ever own invoice in August. The problem is that when send
automatically from the do not reply address and I open it Window-Eyes says
"edit box disabled" which it doesn't say on other PDF documents, yet when I
call the company and ask them to resend they resend from an address called
AE National which is the pin registration I think and no problems
whatsoever. Others had similar issues and the matter was taken up and the
company have sorted it out but maybe the others who had the issue don't use
Window-Eyes so I can try to ask for a non-secured invoice to be sent but not
sure if they can do it for one customer so not sure, can I email the invoice
to anybody off list maybe a GW staffer who is on here?
