Hi Vic,

It is not a solution, but when it constantly says loading, press the
refresh hotkey: ins-backslash.
When you get the warning: browse mode not available: try to get to the
webpage field with ctrl-f6.

You can also try to re-install the internet explorer setfile from the
file menu.
