Apologies if this topic has already been discussed before, but I'm new to this
list and ask for a little patience. I installed FireFox about a month ago and
things were going well until a week or two back. Now, FireFox is crashing so
often that getting on line is proving to be all but impossible. There seams to
be a major conflict between FireFox and the Adobe flash player. My FireFox is
completely up to date, so no problem there. I found an article on line last
week that suggested reverting to an earlier version of the flash player, but
this has not really helped the situation. Sometimes I'm able to get on line
long enough to get the job done, other times, like this morning, FireFox
crashes almost the moment I log onto my chosen website. Sometimes it is
FireFox that crashes, other times it is some plugin that crashes. I don't know
what else to do, and I really don't want to go back to I.E. I'm running
Windows XP Service Pack 3 with all the latest updates and Window Eyes 8.2. I'd
appreciate any info the list would be willing to share regarding this problem.
Thanks. Jon
