Strange. Insert-f4 worked before but, I will use this new command. Thanks all.

  Control insert F4 is the command on either system.  Just make sure the numb 
lock key is off or this will not work.

  No no. Insert-f4 shuts down window eyes. That has been the command for years 
unless something has changed. I am saying the xp side works. The windows 7 side 
does not. Shouldn't htat also be insert-f4 or has that changed?

    Hi Duyahn,

    Insert-F4 is the hot key for setting the top-left corner of a user window.  
I guess that the Control key is being sent to your system regardless what you 
press.  I suggest restarting Window-Eyes on XP in order to reset it.
