Don't you mean Window-Eyes? If you are using WE's default key layouts the ctrl-insert-f4 is the key to turn WE off. The insert-f4 is user window coordinates key. However, if you are using the insert key layout insert-f4 will be the key since that's JFW's key to turn the screen reader off. Hi! I have a computer running Windows eyes 8.2 and on this computer I have to press ctrl-insert-f4 to shut down. But on my xp machine, it works normally with the insert-f4 command.
