Hi Dave,
Thanks for checking out the Window-Eyes 8.1 demo. I first wanted to make sure you knew that GW Micro released 8.2 recently and we would encourage you to install the latest and greatest version for the best screen access experience with Window-Eyes. To address your first questions, you can press the Browse Mode hotkey X to navigate by checkbox. Regarding Flash, there is a Window-Eyes verbosity option that allows you to suspend page refreshes that are caused by Flash objects. To change this option, go to the Window-Eyes Control Panel. In the Settings tree view, open Verbosity, then Browse Mode, and select Miscellaneous. Press F6 to navigate to the settings and Tab to the Suspend Page Refresh combo box and set its value to Flash only. Good luck! Kind Regards, Marc Solomon GW Micro, Inc. I have a couple of questions. 1. When on a website is there a key that I can hit to go directly to checkboxes? Before I could just hit the letter c and it would take me to check boxes or edit boxes. I have learned that pushing the letter e will take me to the edit boxes but I can not figure out how to jump to check boxes. 2. I have not had to turn off flash in a long time and now I have come upon a couple of websites that refresh constantly and would like to turn off flash while using these sites. All help is greatly appreciated. Dave "Dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die today." - James Dean If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
