I can’t preview songs any more. I could do so about a week ago. I am using WE 8.2, Windows 7i 64-bit pro, and IE 10. I can pirview music on Amazon. I have tried system restore, resetting IE. changing compatibility view, turning Esset Smart Security off, and changing add-ons. Since this is not likely a Window-Eyes issue, please write off list.
