Problem solved. Thanks for everyone’s help. I got Adobe Flash Player
reinstalled; however, that didn’t correct the problem. Since others could play
songs, I knew it must be my system. I must give kudos to Adobe this time. After
tryhing several of their suggestions, I tried playing samples again, and it
worked.

My frustration continues. I finally uninstalled Adobe Flash Player and found
that I couldn’t play songs in other websites, Thus, I must reinstall Adobe
Flash Player; however, the installer hangs and is not accessible. The adobe
site talks about an accessible installer. Yet, I can’t findout how to get it.
The site is so cluttered that it makes Amazon look good. How does one get this
installer from the cluttered website?

  Hi Tom,
  Sounds like something changed your
  default media settings.
The easiest fix is to pick
restore point further back in time, or
  press window key
  type
  change default
  and arrow down to
  change default media settings
  and enter
then set your default media player
Then run your media player to make sure it is still functional
  good luck,
  Manny

I can’t preview songs any more. I could do so about a week ago. I am using
WE 8.2, Windows 7i 64-bit pro, and IE 10. I can pirview music on Amazon. I have
tried system restore, resetting IE. changing compatibility view, turning Esset
Smart Security off, and changing add-ons. Since this is not likely a
Window-Eyes issue, please write off list. Thanks.
