Bud,

This is one area where GW simply doesn't seem to be interested in customer
feedback; they are going to run the list the way it is, no matter how many
benefits could be received by having everyone share their information.

I have a very similar issue with them in that they're using some obscure
mailing list software running on their own servers, which has known problems
(including it can't be used from many corporate firewalled networks), and
there are many free mailing lists available to them, and they continue to
use this arrangement which prevents those of us who are behind certain
corporate firewalls from using the lists at all. Their attitudes re their
mailing lists have been very frustrating.

Hi Gang,

I think this has been discussed several times through the years but
so often when somebody has a question or problem, the answer just
goes back to the original sender. Many times I would be interested
in the answer also as I might have the same problem. People just hit
the reply button and the answer just goes back to the sender. I
wonder if maybe many people don't even realize that. Anyway, I
wonder if enough readers felt the same way if maybe GW might
reconsider and let the answers go back to the whole list. All that
aside, it's a wonderful program and I feel very fortunate to have it.
Thanks GW.
