In that case, with the laptop keyboard layout, hit Insert-dash twice to
route the mouse pointer to the tool-tip and then Insert-semicolon to
left click on it.

Thanks to all for ideas.
I should of added another piece of information. The computer with the issue is
laptop and has the laptop setup. So I have always struggled a bit. This is my
secondary computer and as a result, I am not as efficient with it with mouse
keys.

Control-Insert-T speaks the last tool-tip.
Hit Numpad Insert-plus twice to route the mouse to the tool-tip. then hit
Numpad-slash to left click on the tool-tip and activate it.

Hello All and Happy Memorial Day holiday weekend!
I am using WE 8.2 on a Windows 7 64 bit computer. I plugged in an
external drive. I got a tool tip message saying that there is a
problem and windows wants to search for any answer. I have been
trying to work with the insert-control-t hot key. I always seem to
struggle with this for whatever reason. This same external drive
works fine on another Windows 7 64 bit computer I have. I am guessing
that there is some software which the first computer does not have
installed for this drive. Anyhow, my real issue is how to get this
tip to lead me to the right answer, or whatever will work to resolve this so
that the external drive is recognized.
Thanks in advance for any help.
