Hello list

BIG problems here

I am having a lot of problems trying to get the mouse to find the brows
location on the AT&T website.

I need to click on the phone number to make changes to the features.

I can find what I want with the find command but the mouse is no ware near
what I need to click on. If I route the mouse with the hot key it is going
some ware else completely. I thought that the mouse was supposed to be in
sync with the brows curser in the latest version of WE/

I believed that there were new features that would allow this mouse to
route to the elements found by the brows curser. And I also thought that
that was part of the ability to allow sighted people to find on the screen
what I am hearing.

What part of this did I not understand and how do I get the mouse to get to
what I hear?

I have kept the IE 8 for this reason and it is causing no end of problems. I
have complete crashes trying to use this version of IE WE and a site
required by Boeing that our company is doing work with.

This is highly annoying to not be able to work the Exostar website for
Boeing and the AT&T web site to manage the cell phone account at work.

Pretty Frustrated

What can I do?

In boeings case Firefox is not an option. That nor chrome are supported.

Should I try FF with AT& T but don't WE and FF have issues with mouse
activity and the routing and reading?

What else can I do?

I even went so far as to download NVDA but I don't have time for the
learning curve to learn how to use it.

I should be able to do it with the tools I have not have to learn a
completely new thing for a few sites. Or maybe I should try it for all my
stuff?

I know I am on a rant but I am stumbling around wasting time and not being
productive here.

Any ideas will be appreciated and tried.

Thanks Shannon

Shannon
