Steve,
Thanks for the suggestion but it didn't work.
I tried it but no luck.
The information that I need to click the mouse on is in a list that seems
like a window in a window. If you click on the name and number in the left
side of the page the information on the right changes. That is how you can
get into each phone account on the AT&T website. I can't get the mouse over
to it. I can't route the mouse to where the brows curser is reading. I will
hear mouse routed to element but that is sometimes some ware up near the top
of the screen or sometimes it is reading down at the time and date of the
computer task bar. If I turn off brows mode and press tab to get to the
next link in the page, that is no ware near where I need to be and routing
the mouse to the link is no good either. The mouse will not read line by
line it seems to jump all the way to the top near the address bar.
I can use the brows find command and the brows curser will find what I am
looking for but I can't get the mouse to line up with it so I can click on
it. This doesn't sound like anything that you should need to click on but
you have to click on it. As far as we is concerned it is only text that it
is reading. It doesn't say link or on click or anything like that. So there
is no pressing enter at this text or space bar either.
AT&T could do a lot to fix this site. In my opinion it stinks to high
heaven, but what can I do? I can either figure out the work around or pass
it off to someone else to do for me. That is not what I want to do. Yes, I
can also sit on the phone waiting for customer service to make the changes I
want made but I don't want to have to do that. I want to be able to do what
all the other account managers of AT&T accounts can do.

Pretty annoyed at the whole thing.
Any other ideas or settings that I should change to make the mouse find the
place on the screen that the brows curser is located?
Shannon

Shannon,

When you have something like this, try turning browse Mode off and tab to
the link that is closest to the piece of information you want. Then route
the cursor to it and use the mouse keys to get exactly where
you want to go. I am not telling you you should have to do this, only that
it might get you past the problem for now.

Best regards,

Steve Jacobson
