Stephen, Thank you for the response. I am having trouble with the virtualization of messages
and I did just what you suggested. I downloaded all three of the components to find that I already had them down loaded. So I re installed and when given the option I fixed the installs. But I still can't virtualize a html message. I have that check box checked in the app to allow virtualization but it still brings up a pull down that has an option to open in browser is disabled. What is wrong. I can't get it to work as it is supposed to. You can, if you like, install all three again to be doubly sure.
