Shannon,
It might be that the Outlook Enhance add-in isn't loaded. Close down
Outlook, re-install the Outlook Enhance app from AppGet, restart
Outlook, and let us know if you can read virtualized messages.

Hello Shannon,
If you are using the message virtualization feature, and more
importantly, it works, then you have all of the needed components
installed. You can, if you like, install all three again to be doubly
sure.
