Hi Stephen Control+D and Alt+O call up the same dialogue. No change.
I also tried opening Word 2007/10 versions of a file with 2003 to see if the compatibility Pack was the culprit, however that didn't change anything. Whether I open a document that needs to be converted or one that was originally created in 2003, the end result is the same. I have re-installed the Office 2003 set files and updated them as well.
