Our department has just started using a new Help Desk web app. I can access some of the controls on the screen, but not all of them. There are certain buttons that are essential for using the app. I have tried using the mouse and moving by units and icons. Running the auto graphics labeler didn't give any more help. Since the application is new to us, and I am not sure about how the application works, what is the best approach to try and make these controls speak? I am using a Windows 7 Pro pc with Win-eyes 8.2. The application is called ConnectWise by ICS and is local to Upstate New York.
