Navigate to the icon with the mouse pointer. Usually get in the ballpark
with the line keys and then use the prior and next clip keys to land on
the icon.
Then just hit Control-Shift-E to open the exception dictionary. When you
do this while the mouse pointer is on an icon you should go right into
the graphics dictionary entry and land in the label field.
