Thanks for this feedback, Samuel.

We'll investigate these issues.

I have also found that there is a bug where when someone sends you a chat
message, it doesn't play any sounds, in fact, the only time I have heard a
sound played is when a new status comes up. Also, the sound for friend
request cannot be changed, as when I tried, it wouldn't test it, and
although it said it had gone back to friend request.wav, it still will not
play the sound. I have also found that in the view menu, when choosing
messages, when you open unread messages, it still says there are new
messages in the view menu, there is no option to reply to messages, and when
you close a conversation, it doesn't go back to the conversations list.
Finally, I have found that with the notifications option, when you tell it
to mark all notifications as read, it doesn't clear the list, and in the
view menu, it still says there are unread notifications. I'm not sure about
whether this is the case with friend requests or events, but I assume this
is also the case.

Well I wasn't initially sure I was even going to buy the darn thing since
I'd always used the Mobile site. But there have been some changes to said
site recently that I'm not keenon. Of course I probably will stil have to
use it to actually read a person's profile or edit my own. But after
listening to the into video I decided to give it a go. I'm using WIndows
Vista 32-bit Home Edition and so far I haven't encountered the problem with
the options menu not reading. So far in fact I am rather impressed with the
app, though I do hope some of the features suggested by some others can be
added in the future. About the only "problem" I've had so far is when
attempting to atach a video to a post. The video will get to 99 percent or
so and then it just seems to sit there.

I can duplicate the options list reading fine with Nvda. Windows 7 64
bit. Can't try it yet as still having issues. I'm almost there; it just
won't activate. I'll keep trying.

Before I begin I would like to say that I am using Windows XP and
Window-eyes 8.2
The first thing I am seeing is that the options list box does not read in
Window-Eyes. I've tried it on both my laptop and desktop. It just says one
of 7, 2 of 7, 3 of 7 and so on. It reads perfectly with NVDA though.
Secondly I am unable to open wall posts to review or comment on them. I
hit
inter and nothing happens. I can hit shift f10 to go to the context menu
and
it lets me like it though seemingly with no problem.
Thirdly whenever I close a chat window I get the following error.

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click
Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.
If

you click Quit, the application will close immediately.
Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Documents and
Settings\Warren\Application Data\SocialEyes\chat_logs\Name of Person.log'.
Replacing name of person with one of your facebook friends of course.
unchecking the save chat history check box under options/chat fixes this
problem, but you're out of luck if you wanted to save your chat history
for whatever reason
Has anyone else experienced any of the above mentioned?

Warren
