Subject: Unable to Log on to my banking site

Hi. Since this past Thursday evening, I am unable to log on to the
Wellsfargo.com banking site from the homepage. Here are the steps I follow.

First I log on to www.wellsfargo.com and I land on the homepage. Next, I go
to heading two which is called view your accounts. I land on a combo box
which has account summary, transfer, bill pay, and a couple of other
choices. I tab over from the combo box where I type my user name. I then
tab to the password edit box and enter my password. I tab to the go button
and press enter. I am then presented with a page that has 15 links as
opposed to the 60 odd links I expect to come up. Heading one begins with a
message that begins with “sorry, we can’t find your page.” I have tried
accessing this site with both Firefox and Internet Explorer with the same
results. Both Firefox and ie are the most current versions. A Wells Fargo
computer tech who is trying to help me called me a few minutes ago, and he
insisted I try using the physical mouse, and I explained to him as best as I
could that I am unable to use the physical mouse, but I am not sure he
understood. He seems somewhat difficult to deal with. Even trying to left
click the go button with the left mouse numbpad button does nothing. I even
tried the context menu key with no luck.

Well, there you have it, smile. I hope someone can help.

Mike M

P.S. I have been using the Wellsfargo.com site for probably eight years or
so. .
