What happens a lot of times is when you click on a link it will open the
page in a new tab. The back key will only work from within the same tab if
you have gone to a new tab there is no where to go back to. At this point
to go back you would have to do a control w to close the tab you are on.
Hope this helps.

Subject: IE 10 previous page
Running WE 8.3 on a Windows 7 system and using IE 10.
On a very regular basis when on random web pages I can not get the
Previous page hot key which is alt left arrow to work.
An example would be simply using google to find web pages on a
particular subject go to one of the links offered then try to go back
to the google listing. Many times I can't go back.
Any ideas as to why this is happening.
