Andy,
if you haven't gotten a solution as yet,
here are some quick steps to fix.

1. launch your internet explorer browser, assuming it is your default.
2. Select the tool menu, and open-up option.
3. hold down ctrl and tab to the program tab.
4. There are some options there, which you can navigate with tab. Given the
version of explorer you are using, the message may be different, but you want
internet explorer to be your default browser. If it says tell me if internet
explorer is not the default browser, you can then check that box if it is not
checked, and tab to the apply button, and hit space. Then tab to the okay
button and enter or space.
It should work now.

Subject: Cannot Activate links in Outlook Messages

I just installed WE 8.3 on my work machine, a Dell running Windows XP and
Outlook 2007. I am noticing that I can't activate links in Email messages even
though WE indicates that they are indeed links and the message is displayed in
HTML.

What should I do.

Andy
