Dear Brenda and Everyone,
I've red some of the messages on this thread, and I must say that I'm
not having any more issues with IE10 and Window-Eyes 8.03.
There's just one web site that sometimes keeps refreshing, and that one is:
http://www.xpmedia.com
This is one of Patricia King's web sites.
Sometimes that site refreshes, but not just with Window-Eyes. It also
does this with two other screen readers.
I'm telling you that I've never seen a web site as weird as this one.
I love her ministry, but I've talked with some of their tech support
team, and as kind as they are, unfortunately, they don't understand
how to make it more accessible.
Also, when I find a video on that site that I want to download with
my XP Media Premium Plus Membership, I can't download it until I
start to listen to this teaching. Now this is weird, as when the
video starts to play, I have to search with Window-Eyes for a
download button or link. Now if one is downloading a bunch of
teachings in a conference, this makes it really weird, and it is very
hard to find my place after I finish downloading one video in a given
conference.
I'm going to send the support technition to GW Micro's web site to
download a demo of Window-Eyes, so he can understand how we use the
program. He was very kind and they want to make it accessible.
I challenge all of you to go to that site. lol.
I do love IE 10 though.
I know I hated IE10 when I first got it, but it's really not bad at
all. It just takes a little getting use to.
Blessings,
Pat Ferguson

hello y'all,
Is Internet Explorer 10 more accessible than 9? I'm asking for a reason.
I have 9 in my new Windows 7 PC. The tech that built my computer says that
so many of his clients did not like 10, because of one thing or another and
they all went back to 9. How is 10 with Window-Eyes? I bet this has been
discussed before, but I need to know if I should upgrade to 10 or not?
Take care and thanks,
Brenda
