Hit Alt-T for Tools, arrow up once to Internet Options and press Enter.
Shift-Tab to General and Right-Arrow to Security. I don't recommend changing
settings willy-nilly. I would suggest resetting Internet Explorer to it's
default settings. Once you are in the Security tab, you can tab through the
dialog. My knowledge is not good enough to advise you properly beyond this
point. Good luck.

Hi Tom,
Thanks for the info. Sorry to say I don't even know where to find
where the settings are to check or change. I'm using internet
explorer 10 and of course windoweyes. This message just started
today and it has me baffled. Can you give me a clu as to where to
find the settings? Some times I think I don't know much about computers.
Thanks.

It may well have to do with IE or Firefox security settings. It may be
necessary to reset your settings to the defaults. Even if you haven't
knowingly changed your settings, I know they sometimes do get changed. Your
antivirus program settings may cause this, too. However, I haven't found
them to be a problem. Occasionally,my antivirus program will flag a file
with a warning. Usually, the warning can be overridden. Good luck.

Subject: security settings
Hi Gang,
I hope this is the right place for this question. All of a sudden
when I try to download something I get the message "current security
settings don't allow this file to be downloaded." I encountered it
on BARD and thought it was an NLS problem, but I tried downloading
something on another website and got the same message. Any ideas as
to where I can find and fix the problem?
Thanks all over the place.
