i am not the only one with these issues.
this is a new clean install of win 8.1 pro 64bit i5 quad core motherboard
on a new hard drive with a fresh install of w e 8.0 then the upgrade to w e

i think gw knows about the problems with w e 8.3 running with windows 8.1
pro 64bit 8gb memory
when editing useing notpad or wordpad i have the same problems.
there is no insert key.
i can not turn the insert on or is it off when you want to overwrite a
letter.
on or off the letter you are on moves over to the right.
live mail 2012 is worse.
sometimes when i want to insert a blank line or delete a letter nothing
happens.
other times the letters that are deleted or spaces i insert are deleted or
moved for the letters one space to the right. not where i want to change
them. i did not change the cursor key assignments.
i reinstalled the wlm app with no change.
with the composition windows maximized w e 8.3 will speak the fields when
tabbing for from,to,cc,bcc and subject line.
but when in the edit box only the keys i press will speak but nothing in the
edit box will speak when i arrow or mouse over the text. sometimes i can not
even open the w e control panel. these keys are disabled.
i even turned the apps off with no change.
doing nothing and unloading w e and loading nvda or narrator all the above
functions work fine.
the other thing is none of these problems exist with w e 8.3 on the same
computer with win 7 64 bit premium.
you need to know andif these problems are resolved allready i am sorry.
but there has been no input from the staff for weeks.
