If you have the free version of Winamp, you can burn cd's. But note, it's
slower then the pro version if you have a key for it.

Winamp is a very popular free Windows Media Player that just so happens
to be keyboard and screen reader friendly so us visually impaired can
even use it. I'm sure it's just as popular with the sighted too.
