Hi Casey, It would be a good idea to read the Readme in the Help menu to find out what is new. eSpeak is free and so is the Microsoft Speech Platform, which both work with Window-Eyes now. Additionally, we added Vocalizer Expressive, which are the latest synthesizers. The older versions were called Vocalizer. So, Vocalizer Expressive are the latest and they are sold for a fee.
