HI all, including Tom, I followed all of your instructions and these did not work. I tried control and shift and w and it did not work. I also tried mousing around and it appears not to be activated at all. How do I get these activated?

You should hear, About Window-Eyes, Window-Eyes 8.3 or whatever version you have installed. If you're not hearing the version number you're not hearing all the information in the window. Control-Shift-W should read it all for you. And of course you can mouse around the window.
