I think we are getting hung up on the meaning of the word "support".

I believe, if it's technically possible, GW will continue to produce a
product which will run on XP.  There may be some feature (such as there is
now with remote sessions), where having a later version of Windows will work
better, or where XP won't work, but they are not going to cause WE to stop
working on XP.  There's nothing in it for them to do that except unhappy
customers.

However, they aren't going to promise it will always work; and they may
decide not to try and trackdown and fix a problem if it seems to be xp
related.  But I believe WE will continue to run under XP for quite some
time.

I believe that the confusion here is that the newer versions of WE will only

support the current supported Windows versions that Microsoft is supporting.

For example, If a new version of WE comes out after Microsoft stops 
supporting XP next year then that version of WE will not support XP, but the

older versions of We will still support  the Windows version that they 
supported when they came out.
