Running WE 8.4 on a Win 7 64 bit machine. This problem happens with
both IE 10 and IE 11.
On what seems to be a random thing I go to a web page and WE is stuck in
the IE headers and you can't get it to move to the contents of the
actual web page. Only solution I have found is to close IE and try
again. Refreshing and or redrawing the page doesn't remedy the problem.
