No. I actually uninstalled the IE enhanced a few weeks ago and reinstalled it because I was having the issue with updates a few others had so it is a recent copy.

On what seems to be a random thing I go to a web page and WE is stuck in the IE headers and you can't get it to move to the contents of the actual web page. Only solution I have found is to close IE and try again. Refreshing and or redrawing the page doesn't remedy the problem.
