Dear GW Micro,
Several weeks ago, you posted a message concerning a knowledge base article which enables Outlook to view html messages like a web page. Since I got this computer three years ago, I have been unable to use the search feature in an email; this might have something to do with the landscape monitor that we have. Also, the messages would not read automatically. Well, I finally followed the instructions for that knowledge base article. I almost panicked when I saw that I had to install three additional windows items, but the instructions from GW Micro were clear, even to me. Now, the emails read automatically and I can use search, which means I no longer have to copy some messages (such as the GW Micro digest) into Word in order to use search. Thanks for your attention to things like this. Joan If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only. If your reply would benefit others on the list and your message is related to GW Micro, then please consider sending your message to [email protected] so the entire list will receive it.
