Bob,

To remove any app you just go into the WE control panel, press alt-A for the
App, menu; the first choice is the App Management submenu and open that up,
and arrow down to the choice of "Add or Remove Apps" and select it.

You could contact the author over what's bothering you; he might be able to
tell you how to fix it, and of course, it gives him a chance to change his
app once he knows something is not right.
