The error code 81, indicates that something blocked the app from accessing the disk as it needs to, through its unpacking and installing itself.
Two things you may want to try, would be: 1. Make sure you run as administrator, or with administrator rights. User accounts with low access rights, have reported this to be a trouble in the past. Unfortunately, the installation needs to unpack a chunk of files, and very resricted user accounts would block such access, I am told. 2. If you are running as administrator, and still got the error 81 message, please try the installation a second time, in a minute or so. Maybe your disk was busy with some other activity at the moment you tried your first installation. Some users who have got the error, and then tried to reinstall a moment later, report things to go well the second time. In one case, closing WE and restarting it, before trying a second reinstall of the app, have fixed the issue. If things still does not work well for you, please, will you contact me off-list, since we then will be dealing with system specific reasons, which I will try to work out. But that is out of the scope of any GW-lists. Smile. Should anyone else have similar trouble, please get in touch directly, that we can fix the problem. If this proves to be a general issue, I will have to rewrite certain parts of the code, but so far only a couple of people have reported this kind of issues, and they usually have been solved simply by retrying the installation.
