Hi,
I had a similar problem and found the installation of the app was being
blocked because my anti virus programme, Vipre, was giving a false
positive on the file. I downloaded the extended dictionary update, went
off line, shut down Vipre, installed the app and then re-booted the
system. It was necessary to go into Vipre and tell it to always allow
users/dictionary.exe and all has been fine since.
