You need to make sure all the items you want to remove are selected and then press remove. You shouldn't need to renew Malware bytes. It shouldn't be a 1 time charge.

When the scan completes, I'm shown a list of all malware found on my computer. I click on all the infected items and when I click on the fix selected or what ever it said to remove the infected items, it says all infected items were removed successfully. Then if I scan again, the same items keep showing up. Am I doing something wrong? I have the paid version of this software which is coming due again but if it isn't getting rid of the malware it's of no good to me. Anybody else use this program and have you found a way to get rid of the malware? I was looking for a select all button or some other means to select items but haven't found any.
