Hi,
To verify your Window-eyes is activated, go to help and about. You
should have a unique serial number.
After verifying your Window-eyes has been activated, go to the help menu
from within the Window-eyes control panel and select get more voices.
The page will load, continue down the page and you will download your
synthesizer authentication file.
After downloading the file locate it and run it. Once that file is
installed, reboot Window-eyes and then switch to eloquence.
