You can press shift+tab until you get into the from field. Then when the
address you want is in focus pressing the windows context menu key will
allow you to arrow to the option to add the address to your contacts.

Another way which I find faster is to use the mouse keys to get to the
name, press the right click hot key then arrow down to add to contacts.
