Window-eyes does not have such a function and so its Microsoft Outlook. It does not exist in any of the version I know of. But it have something call suggest contact or nickname in older version. Take a look at this article. http://office.microsoft.com/en-au/outlook-help/automatically-add-contacts-fo r-everyone-that-you-send-an-email-message-HA101874367.aspx it does not exist for a reason as its tightly integrated with a Exchange mail server, so a user can have multiple folder of addresses and also contact for family, friends and colleague without effecting or mixing with one another. It can also drag the latest contacts from Exchange contacts via active directory. So if auto adding of sender to them, how would Outlook know where to add them to? -------------------- regards Thomas N.
