If the e-mail program uses a html view that works with brows mode then brows
mode controls  what is read and there for it will work. 
I agree that we could use a feature that when a link with a long url was
incountered window-eyes could just say URL link verces reading the whole
URL.

Um know you open the control  panel.  Go to verbosity  expand that then go
to brows mode and expand that.  Now go to links.  You will find it there.
Under verbosity brows mode links.
