On my Windows 7 64-bit system, I have problems downloading books. No
problem locating the book or finding the download link. But when I
click on that link, seemingly nothing happens. Incidentally, the
browser is I E 11 and Window-eyes version is 8.4. When I press control
J, the desired download is not listed. I wonder if I need to change the
security settings in I E 11. If so, please tell me step by step how to
do this.
