Hi.
As far as I know, there is no app for window eyes that enhances the sound 
devices. However, if your running windows 7, the control pannel should take 
care of that. In the start menu, type sounds in the search box that pops up 
when you launch the start menu. The windows 7 control pannel is accessible with 
window eyes. Hope this answers your question.
