My system win XP pro drop box 2.4.1, I E 8, and we 8.4 About a week ago drop box did an up grade to 2.4.1 and ever since when I open drop box I get an error saying Drop box has encountered an errore and needs to close. Then I get an error report to send to Microsoft. This is getting old and would like to know how to repair. Thanks Jim If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
