Sending anything to dropbox support is laughable but try it and see what
happens. I had this problem many months ago and supposedly it was a
window-eyes problem that was fixed in the latest version. But I was able to
fix it by renaming the libcif.dll file in the dropbox directory. So try that
and you can always rename it again. Your other option is to reinstall an
older version of dropbox and not let it update. I had to do a lot of looking
before I found it.
