Yes, I would do the upgrade to the current version of WE. What about routing the mouse to the Change Password button/control using Insert-Numpad-plus? You could ask your colleagues if the Change Password button/control has a highlighted letter, in which case you could use Alt and the highlighted letter to activate the button/control. Also, you could use Insert-Numpad-4 and Insert-Numpad-6 to move to the various clips of the dialog to attempt to find the Change Password button/control. This is because mouse up and/or down doesn't do much if the focused window is small or even restricted to the button/control itself. Use the mouse boundary rotor hot key Control-Shift-B to change the mouse scope, and then try routing, and moving by clips, etc. to try to get to the button/control.
