Hi,

Thanks for Ccing me. I get the digest version of thee emails and it takes a
day for me to get the messages. So thanks for that.

I was able to follow the steps you outlined. I get to
Press ENTER on Outlook enhance.

After I get to this step, I get either help or options. When I press enter
on options, the only thing there is spelling.

So I do not see the following steps.
Down arrow to Add-in settings and press enter.
Down arrow to enable message Virtualization and press enter.

I am wondering if I messed something up trying to get it to work. When in
Outlook, I am not able to hear the label of the email message like who it is
from and if there are attachments. But I can press enter on the email and
then access the contents.

What is the command for reading the title of the email? I assumed it would
automatically read this information when arrowing up or down. I tried an
insert tab and other keyboard combinations and could not figure it out. I
am getting close.

 What am I missing?

Thanks,

Keith
